How credits work
Credits are used for queries, chat messages, and document uploads. They refresh monthly and additional packs can be purchased anytime.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Credits from packs are added to your balance immediately.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits refresh on your billing date and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
Can I add more team members?
Team and Business plans allow you to add extra seats beyond the included amount. The Individual plan is limited to a single user.
Is there a free trial?
We don't currently offer a free trial, but you can start with the Individual plan to test the service before upgrading.
